HEADER BACKGROUND NOT SHOWN

Hi,
even i have switched off Header transparent background, it doesnt show the background and text is going under logo and menu text.
How can i please show the header background colour?

If it is, the header bar BG color will be the same as the page BG color.

It needs to add the custom CSS(“Appearance > Customize: Additional CSS”) to set BG color:
.page-id-72 #header{ background-color:#00f; }
