Hamburger menu on mobile devices acts weirdly, needs to tap twice to open.

Hi,

Not sure why but the hamburger menu for mobile devices acts weirdly, I am attaching a link to the video, You can see that I have to tap twice on the menu to open it, the First tap triggers the animation, and the second one actually opens it.

Works fine on the web, face this issue in the mobile devices.

P.S I tried adding some padding along the hamburger menu to see if there are any miss tap/click issues but that didn’t resolve.

Tested on Device: iPhone 11

P.S Also in the video the first time it works but almost 90% of the time it won’t work.

Hi,

Please remove the custom CSS to check if there is the issue:

@media (max-width: 600px) {
.responsive-ux #navi-trigger {
    position: absolute;
    right: 0rem;
    top: 2rem;
    padding: 4rem;
 }
}

maybe you need to clean phone browser cache to test

Hi!

I’d appreciate it if you could help with this small issue. It has never actually worked since purchasing the theme. I just never had time to look into it properly.

I am sure it’s something very simple that is happening in the settings.

Hi,

I checked it again.
The Hamburg icon can not be clicked now.
I found the logo is covered the Hamburg icon.
It should be caused by the logo customize coding, check screenshot https://www.dropbox.com/s/089d6rh84lz7m92/qq20201201-090819.jpg?dl=0
please replace 100vh as 250px
