Footer layout into 3 columns

I romoved one item in the footer (widget).

Now I have 3 items, layout is still in 4 columns.
How can I make the layout in 3 columns.

Hi, this theme original design is 4 columns with footer widgets layout. but you can set it to 3 columns like this:
open file functions/functions.php and find this line(1855 or about):
'before_widget' => '<li id="%1$s" class="widget-container %2$s span3">',
update it to:
'before_widget' => '<li id="%1$s" class="widget-container %2$s span4">',
