Colors scheme suddenly not working

Good morning,

My website has the main theme “THEONE” with a child theme that is active. We have special colors set. For some reason the color scheme set is not showing any longer. The colors are still listed in the theme but it looks like the default theme colors are now active.We tried assigning the color schemes included but even after saving it does not show. How do we correct this? We are not sure why one day the colors were working and today they are not. We tried all we know. We updated the theme in March and it worked fine. No changes from our end. Please let me know what we can do.

If it doesn’t work, please follow:
1. Download the file, unzip it, replace the header.php in the theone theme folder
2. Edit functions/interface/interface-admin.php, remove the line 70:
wp_enqueue_style('ux-interface-theme-style');

Hi. It’s been almost a year but the same thing happened. I followed the steps above that you gave us and it still is not working. Please let me know what else I can do or can you look at it and tell me how to correct this. The color scheme just suddenly not working even though the colors are still listed in the them.

Good morning,

You recently helped us get our color scheme back after it suddenly went away. Since that time, our website hangs and doesn’t fully load. I tried all I can with simple updates and cleaning up but it still hangs. I thought it might be server cache but even after clearing that several times it still hangs. Can you tell me how to fix that with the theme. It’s running on the latest php and the revolution slider is not compatible but I just disabled it and still the site hangs. Please let me know if there is something I can do or can you look at it?

Please check Theone theme version on your WordPress, the latest version is 1.5.2.2. Please update it if it is not 1.5.2.2
