Change text for Custom Grid hover

Hi, is there any chance to change the text for Custom Grid hover only? For example – my post is about a book cover design. The post name is directly the “Name of the Book”. But for hover in Custom Grid I wanted to type some other information. Not to duplicate the same, what the visitor sees directly at the cover image. The book name is good as a headline for entire post, but for hover, which is generated automatically, is it just duplication of information because all books have their names right on the cover.
