Is there a way to change the font size and the text orientation (left, right or center) of the items in the lateral menu bar?

If you change the menu font size, Please login wp-admin, go to Appearance / Theme Options / Font Settings , pick up the size number in Menu selector.

What’s ” text orientation” you talked? Is text align? Please use the custom css(Paste css code into Appearance / Theme Options / Custom Css):
```
.navi-side .navi-main  { 
    text-align: center;
}
```
The default is center, you could change it as left or right.
