Button text mouseover color error

Hi,

I have set the button text mouseover color to #C38560 as the pic below (1), but when the mouseover the text color is green (pic 2)

It is covered by Contact Form 7 plugin, please try to set color in Contact Form 7:
If doesn’t work, please use CSS like:

.wpcf7 input[type=submit]:hover {
    background-color: white;
    color: #bfa;
}
