BM Content Builder doesn’t work

I have a page where I cannot access the BM Content Builder. After clicking the button a white page appears. On the other pages the call works. What can I do?

Hi,

It it doesn’t work for one page, it should be caused by issued unsafe HTML codes. Is HTML or Javascript code pasted into a Text module? Or please stop all other plugins to check.

May I check your website? Could you please leave your wp-admin(URL / username/password) with picking up “Set as private reply”?

Hi,
I checked your website, I found the issue. It seems only happen on the import page “about”(or cloned about pages). Do you find the issue on other pages?

I tested on my host, the page works fine. I don’t know the reason.

I need to more information to check, please install a log plugin and config it by FTP following the post:
