Hello everyone!
We have just moved to a new domain and successfully launched the website. The only trouble, though huge trouble, is that I suddenly cannot edit pages in Pagebuilder.
The blocks layout is displayed perfectly, but it is impossible to edit the blocks – page is simply blank 🙁
Is there any way to fix it?Thanks,
ValeriyNovember 22, 2016 at 1:34 pm #11463Hi, I didn’t meet this problem. How did you move the site? From old spacer to new spacer? Did you move the database? Or just change new domain in same spacer?
Cheers!

I made full backup of files and database, extracted everything to the new hosting, amended config files and changed all the entries in database mentioning domain name and paths.
It appears to me that the rest of the website is operating fine. Can it be the licensing issue? The old website is still live thought not used – we just wait till it expires.
Cleared the cache – no result, used IE and MS Edge instead of Chrome – still nothing..
I am using the same hosting as for the previous website which worked good.November 23, 2016 at 3:00 am #11467It isn’t licensing issue. Did you do database string substitution. The WordPress would written the old domain name into the database, you should change it as new.
FW: I suggest you use the Import/Export option in Theme Option panel(Aside/Theme Options) to move the data. Use “Export Current Data” on old site, there is a xml file saved on your computer. Use “Import My Saved Data” on new site, pickup the xml file.

I think they are conflict. I don’t use this plugin before, could you change anther one?
November 24, 2016 at 10:13 am #11479It could not be easier 🙂 I don’t not need this plugin as soon as I am able to edit the pages.
So, thank you very much for your effort. And for the awesome theme as well!November 25, 2016 at 3:24 am #11480Welcome 🙂
Could you please give me a 5 stars rating when you goto themeforest ( “download” in drop-down menu when logged )? I would greatly appreciate .
