Back-top Arrow is missing in the Mobile-Version

Hi,
I have 2 questions:

1. the back-top Arrow is missing in the Mobile-Version. Can you fix it?
2. i Would like to place the Previous/Next Button(Arrow) of the Projects. How can i do that?

1. Please try to paste the custom css code to “Appearance > Customize : Additional CSS”

.ux-mobile #back-top {
    display: block;
}

2. Add the codes below line 767 of /template/single/type-ux-portfolio.php(should be):
arttheme_get_template_part('single/project/navi', false);

2. please select a category in Appearance > Theme Options > Layout: Category for Portfolio Icon on Header
