I’d like to add a “back to top button” on every page, is that option available ?

We’ll consider add the option in next version. You could add it follow:

download and unzip the file, login FTP, upload and replace:
../template/global/footer.php

Paste the css code to Theone(Theme Options) / Settings / Custom Css

width: 60px;
height: 60px;line-height: 60px; font-size:24px;
