Hello there, my website has the white screen of death. It is due to my theme Arnold. I have logged into Envato and followed the steps in a previous post to update the theme. However, when I click into downloads it doesn’t show the theme as being purchased so I cannot update it. I bought the theme on 25th December last year? It is only showing another theme that I bought previously – Kabuto.
Can anyone help? My website is currently down, and I would like Arnold to return 🙂
