Add anchor tag in menu

Is there any way to add a menu link that scrolls to a certain point on the page. I tried creatinga manual link @ https://vntrx.wpengine.com/#content_wrap

it works if your coming from other pages but the loader continuously loads when you click it while on the homepage (itself). any ideas

try clicking “about us” in the menu from the main page to see an eample.

find line 640 and 617

update as:
if(this.href.indexOf('#') != -1){}else{
