A single 'Fade in-Loading Effect' please?

Hi,
It’s about half a year since I used this theme for a customer, she’s really satisfied but she gets a lot of feedback about the ‘fade in-fade out effect’.

The response is always like ‘it’s really nice to see your logo showing up when a new page is loaded, but it gets quite annoying when I see it every single time’

I can quite understand this, as it gives a wrong user experience when visitors on the site are getting frustrated. It feels like they’ve to wait too long and people don’t want to wait.

Reducing the load in and out time of the effect makes thing better, but it doesn’t solve the feeling that people have ‘I have seen this logo too much’

Is there a way to fix this? Can you create something so this effect will only happen after the first click to another page? Or just when visitors are on the homepage and clicking to a different page/article/portfolio item?
