A few questions:remove the + at the bottom of posts

Apologies for the list of questions. I hope you can help (or link me to the answers on here).

1. Is there a way to reduce the font size of the post date on the actual post (not blog) page?
2. Is it possible to remove the ‘back to top’ function?
3. Is it possible to remove the + function at the bottom of posts?
4. Can links created in the ‘show property’ option within posts go to a new page (I have added the target”_blank” reference but this doesn’t seem to work).
