Menu alignment / Background menu & submenu / footer menu

Hello,

I have two questions:
– How to change the alignment of the menu to centered?
– How to change the background color of the menu and submenu of the whole screen?
– How to show the footer menu in the right corner when opening the page and showing whole the time while scrolling? Now it only shows on the bottom of the page?

Or the other way around: How to put on a new content page portfolio items?
