How to install page templates

Hi there, I recently purchased the template and now struggle with constructing the pages. How can I import/install the page templates that came with the theme?
Also, when I make a gallery in a post or page it doesn’t show, the page is just blank.

Hi,

1) Check your mail box, It maybe moved to the spam
2) There is some issue in your mail server, please use a SMTP WP plugin, like https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/

I realised I had not changed the email address in the contact form from yours to mine yet – sorry for that and thanks for all your support. Absolutely love the template, could not have be any happier with it!

Hey again, sorry to bother you again, now there is another issue. I installed a slider on my front page, and on chrome it works perfectly: the navigation dots show up and when I scroll down I get to the footer. When I open the page on safari though the page hooks, I can’t scroll down and the first 5 mm of the second photo appear underneath the first photo in the slider. It seems like a bug and must have something to do with safari but I thought maybe you have heard about this issue and know what the problem might be.

Could you give more tips(version of your safari and os…)? Suggest you record a video cast also. Thanks!

Hi,
thanks for checking. My safari is version 11.0, Mac 10.12.6.So could actually be the safari version. Will try to get the newest one.

updated the safari version, still doesn’t work… could it have something to do with the slider? if it doesn’t work don’t worry i’ll pick a different design for the front page 🙂

Hi,
Thanks for the video, it seems that the Safari timeout break the page.
The image size are too big for a web page, like this image is 3M+
it can be reduce to 300+k

You can use 3 slide only with the reduced images to test again.
