Issue description

When I go to Portfolio → Projects and create or edit a project using BM Content Builder, some elements that are present in the Builder do not appear in the published project.

Question

It is not clear to me whether this support forum is reserved for users with active support, or if there is a separate support area for customers who have purchased support.
