It might be possible. But I’m not quite sure about the position you mentioned. I haven’t found the EXPRESS CHECKOUT header. It would be very helpful if you could provide a screenshot via a cloud app (marking the position you want to adjust).
Additionally, I noticed that the content layout on the cart page is abnormally stuck on the left side.
