I am having an issue with the cart appearing empty from META
“There may be issues with your products parameter. ”
Is this a facebook issue? a WooCom issue or is it an issue with the SEA template using an older WooCom template. If so how do you update to a new WooCom Template that works with SEA.

Welcome to SeaTheme forum.
I don’t quite understand your question. I checked several pages and didn’t find this error. May I ask how to reproduce this error? It would be best to describe the specific operation process when you found this error. Thank you.In addition, I found that the version of your Air theme is indeed not the latest. It is 2.3.3. The latest version is 2.3.5.4. It is recommended that you upgrade the theme and BM builder plugin. Refer to the DOC(section manual-update) https://doc.seatheme.net/theme/air/installation-air/air-wordpress-theme-update/#manual-update

SeaTheme – FAQs – WordPress Customization – FacebookSeptember 20, 2025 at 11:05 pm #31757I am not sure if this is a META (facebook/instagram) shopping cart issue, a WOO Commerce plugin issue.
I have created a shop page on my social accounts and connected using the FACEBOOK Plugin
The issue is when selecting items, and then click on the cart – I am brought to my checkout page, but the cart is empty.
I keep getting this error
Issues with your URL
We tested your checkout and found some issues. Learn More about how to properly set up your checkout URL.There are potential issues with your URL:
* Your checkout link didn’t go to a checkout or cart page.
* A product name was incorrect.
* The number of products was incorrect.
* The subtotal was incorrect.
Fix these issues and test your checkout again. You can also preview the URL we reviewed to test your checkout.Add a custom URL during onboarding, so Meta can redirect customers to your checkout based on the items they are purchasing. Your URL should follow this format:
example.com/any-fixed-url?products=<product-id>:<quantity>,<product-id>:<quantity>&coupon=<promo-code>
I am not sure how to add a custom URL.
I am not sure if this is a META issue or a WP/WOO COMMERCE ISSUE
September 21, 2025 at 12:55 am #31758Hi,
Based on your description, I tried searching on Google and found this post. Please check whether it’s the same problem as yours. There is a WOO plugin mentioned in this post. You can give it a try to see if it solves the issue.

SeaTheme – FAQs – WordPress Customization – FacebookSeptember 21, 2025 at 4:00 pm #31766this is the test link from META commerce manager. testing the product link to my checkout
https://www.studiojameshenry.com/checkout/order-pay?products=wc_post_id_789%3A1%2CPrint_Trestle2_18x24_818%3A2&cart_origin=meta_shopsCHECK CONSOLE ERROR MESSAGES
September 21, 2025 at 4:01 pm #31767The error occurs because your Content Security Policy’s connect-src directive is blocking a connection to https://s0.wp.com. To resolve this, add https://s0.wp.com to the list of allowed origins in your connect-src directive.
I wouldn’t know where to fix this. I don’t know if this is a WORDPRESS issue, TEMPLATE ISSUE, or WOO COMMERCE ISSUE
September 22, 2025 at 1:09 am #31769I checked the del tools of browser. There’s a Mixed Content issue on your WordPress. I’m not sure if this is what caused it. But you should try to fix it. Please install the Really simple ssl plugin(it is free) , and make sure the “Mixed content fixer” option on Settings/SSL page is enabled.
If it still hasn’t been resolved, please provide more information. For example, did you install the woo-meta-cart-handler plugin I mentioned? Where did you see this error message? is on Meta?
Regards!
