Hello
I would like to add a group module (hero image) on the top part of my shop page but it doesn’t work (doesn’t appear) like it does with every other page of my site. I would like to make it look consistent with all the other pages on my site such as my ‘about’ page or a sample ‘shop’ page that i have created to compare. Please see below
About page: https://christopherchristou.com/?page_id=3120
Sample shop page: https://christopherchristou.com/?page_id=3710Shop page that doesn’t work: https://christopherchristou.com/?post_type=product
Thank you
of how it should look.

April 22, 2025 at 1:18 am #31542Hi,
Welcome to SeaTheme forum. The default Shop page(Shop – Shop Page) can not be edited directly by BM content builder or WordPress editor, it only displays a default products list.
You can add a new page like a normal page buiding, and build a products list via a Grid module and hero section. And install a redirect plugin, redirect the shop page URL to the new page URL.
Regards!
SeaTheme – FAQs – WordPress Customization – FacebookApril 22, 2025 at 3:51 am #31544Hello,
Thank you for the reply. So i have already made a new page and build a products list via the grid module and added a hero section. This is the page i have shared already:
https://christopherchristou.com/?page_id=3710
I don’t understand why i would need to redirect the shop page to this page, if this page already displays my products list?

Since this new page will serve as the actual store page, the Url of the default store page needs to be redirected to the link of this page. Otherwise, when users visit the store page, it will still be the default store page.
Regards!
SeaTheme – FAQs – WordPress Customization – FacebookApril 23, 2025 at 7:05 am #31548Wouldn’t it work if i only have this new page visible on my site and on my main menu?
April 24, 2025 at 1:23 am #31551Sorry, I didn’t understand your question. Are you asking if we can skip the redirection? Of course, you don’t have to redirect the shop page either. I’m just giving a suggestion.
Regards!
