I have tried reinstalling the theme files, swapping between child and central theme, deactivating all the plugins, and deleting and re-installing BM Builder.
The issue started with a critical error on the site; to access the backend, I had to deactivate BM Builder via FTP.
No, when I view the site (logged in), it looks fine, but as soon as I check on a clean (logged-out) browser, the elements don’t load. i.e header, work page ect.
I noticed when I deactivated BM Builder, it displayed the same as logged out for logged in.

I checked your WordPress, I cannot reproduce the problem you mentioned whether logged in or not. Your website works fine on my browser.
