Hi, I created a new post using the BM Content Builder. It all looked great in the builder, however as soon as I saved and previewed it a huge section from the middle disappeared.
https://www.novostudios.co.uk/case-studies/pegasus-doors-film/
When I go back to the draft all my text and galleries from the body of the post have been removed. There is no way to get this back as far I can tell. Also the header now displays [/ux_cb_group], I don’t know where this came from.
It should look like this post that worked perfectly: https://www.novostudios.co.uk/case-studies/bedford-girls-school-film/
I spent a long time writing the content for the post and now it seems to be completely lost. How can I fix this?
July 25, 2024 at 12:41 pm #30979Update: This seems to be caused by adding a video module at the end of the post. As soon as that is added and saved the entire middle section of the post is lost completely if you close the draft window. If you haven’t closed the draft you can remove the video and the content reappears. Very odd.

Thank you for your information. I checked the page, and it was indeed caused by this EMBED model. I removed it, and the page layout was restored. However, I have not yet found the reason why adding a new EMBED model to the page triggers this issue.ps: how to remove the issued embed mod and make the layout work: remove the shortcodes([ux_cb_embed unique=”….]) form Custom Filed(input named: ux-cb-content), click update, refresh the editing page, click the BM Content Builder, the layout will work
Regards!
