I recently installed the Art Theme for WordPress and then downloaded the demo ‘Illustration1’. However, whenever I try to change the logo, the changes do not apply to the website.
Am I doing something wrong? What can I do to troubleshoot this issue?
Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated.

If your WordPress has a cache plugin, please try to clear the cache and try again. (you could also disable all plugins to check it it works)
If it doesn’t work, Would you mind if I checked your WordPress? Could you please leave your wp-admin access (URL / username/password) by picking up “Set as private reply”?
