Hi,
I have created a shop page on my WP site – https://ileanahunter.co.uk/shop/ – using embed codes for shopify ‘buy buttons’ which are then put into shortcode and added to the page. However, the ‘view product’ links do not seem to work. It’s not a problem with shopfify, so it must be a WP problem. Can you tell me why these buttons aren’t working?
February 13, 2024 at 12:17 pm #30486Hi,
I tested your webpage, and I was able to click the button(view product) without any apparent issues. I recorded a video for you to review(click here). If you’re experiencing a problem where the button is not working, please provide me with more details on how exactly it is not functioning. If your actions are different from what I did in the video, it could be due to browser caching. Please try clearing your browser cache and attempting again.
Regards!
SeaTheme – FAQs – WordPress Customization – FacebookFebruary 13, 2024 at 12:50 pm #30487I flushed the cache within WP and cleared my browser cookies/cache. This resulted in some of the buttons working intermittently,
When the buttons are not working, the cursor appears clickable on hover, but when you click it does nothing. Any idea what is happening?
February 13, 2024 at 2:03 pm #30488I checked almost all links, they all works well. There maybe some error on your browser, we need to know what it is firtsly.
When you click on these buttons, open the Chrome devtools. at the same time to see if there are any error messages (as shown in the sceenshot).
Regards!
SeaTheme – FAQs – WordPress Customization – FacebookFebruary 14, 2024 at 11:37 am #30490There is no error code there. It’s just that the buttons are not clickable.
It works fine in Edge browser, but not Chrome.

It works fine in Edge browser, but not Chrome.
It maybe caused via a Chrome’s extension, please disable all extensions on Chrome
