I have checked your website. Both the 2 issues are caused by a cache or similar thing. I disabled the cache options on SG Optimizer.

1. The Google-fonts issue should be fixed

2. I activated the Re-Capture for the contact-page, the Re-Capture works on logged status.
But it does not show on the private mode of my browser even I have purged the SG cache.
It should be controlled by other caching settings (possibly not in wp-admin), so you need to find it and clear the cache thoroughly. You need to go to SiteGround cPanel to find this option, and if you use CDN, you also need to clear the CDN cache at the same time.
