Hey SeaTheme team! Hope you are well.
We are having a current issue with re-captcha working with our form on the site. We are using Forminator and it has been working file until recently, and we cannot figure out why. When we remove the re-captcha, the form works fine. Are you able to investigate and let us know where the issue lies.
The form is on this page: https://outdoorestablishments.com/contact/
Thanks

May I check the wp-admin? Could you please leave your wp-admin access (URL / username/password) by picking up “Set as private reply”?
Regards!

Thanks,
I have checked your website. Both the 2 issues are caused by a cache or similar thing. I disabled the cache options on SG Optimizer.1. The Google-fonts issue should be fixed
2. I activated the Re-Capture for the contact-page, the Re-Capture works on logged status.
But it does not show on the private mode of my browser even I have purged the SG cache.
It should be controlled by other caching settings (possibly not in wp-admin), so you need to find it and clear the cache thoroughly. You need to go to SiteGround cPanel to find this option, and if you use CDN, you also need to clear the CDN cache at the same time.
Regards!
SeaTheme – FAQs – WordPress Customization – FacebookJune 8, 2023 at 12:51 am #29642Hey!
On first load of the page, the reCapture does not load, but if you refresh the page, it then appears there. Ideally we want the cache feature on for the speed of the page. We tested the recapture with the cache off and then again with the cache on and its the same result.
Any ideas why it would appear only on a page refresh?
Thanks!
June 8, 2023 at 7:42 am #29643Hi,
Please confirm if your website has configured CDN.

You can stop it for now to test.
Regards!
