When I try to insert my own User saved template, It stills all time in “processing…” or it’s too slow like 10 minuts to load the template to compose the page. It doesn’t work properly and it’s not practical with this slow loading templates.

How I can solve this?

Thanks, please try to change PHP version as 7.4.x and check again. There should be a PHP version selector on your website host cPanel.

Hi,

mysql is 8.0 but we can’t change it..

I mean PHP

Please install and config the error log plugin(check how), I will check where the error is.

ps:
BM builder works on WP6.2, is there other issue on 6.2?

It seem thats php version works better, its slow but un 2 min. it’s already loaded instead to not never “completed” loading.

For the moment it’s ok.
