What is the version of ART before you updated? If you updated from version 2.x, the update will affect the existing content on your website, so you may re-build the pages.
Please edit the Text module, you will see the image for text marquees.
The portfolio will list single portfolio post, if there are not the content on your wordpress, it will not display. Please refer to how to build a masonry grid portfolio .
