Hello! We have a problem with BM Content Builder in the portfolio tab. Content such as TEXT ecc. does not loading … we only see the spinning charging circle and the contents do not appear even after a long waiting time.
We have all plugins and template up to date.

I checked the page again and find the issue, it tips ajax 508 error(check screenshot). I need to more details about the error to fix it. Please go to your website cPanel and find PHP log. If you can open it, paste the information of the PHP log.
If you cannot find it, please leave your website FTP account by picking up “Set as private reply”. Thanks.
