1. Is it possible to kept Underline always show all the time on Content Link Text?
2. Is it possible to adjust the Underline distance from Link Text?

It always show Underline when i clicked, instead of showing all the time.

2. Please use text-underline-offset, it is for the distance
```
.entry p a, .comment p a, .text_block li a,
.entry p a:hover, .comment p a:hover, .text_block li a:hover { 
  text-underline-offset: 4px;
}
