I’m trying to set the Cookie Consent Message Bar. Everything is good, except that when I click “OK” and I close the website, when I visit it again it shows the cookie consent message bar again. Isn’t it saving the consent for quite some time? Do my visitors have to click “OK” every time?
It is not normal. The cookie consent message bar should not display again. Please disable all other plugins to test again. If it doesn’t work, please leave your website URL, I will check it, thanks!
One last thing: is there a possibility to set a button to reject cookies? It’s something that I really like when websites have it and I would like to give that option too.
I believe in Europe (where I’m from) it’s mandatory to have a reject button, even though many websites don’t have it. In my case is not only to comply with the law, it’s because I really hate all those websites that make it almost impossible to reject cookies, and I really love the ones that give you the simple option to just reject them without needing to go to another popup message and so on.
It would be a really cool new feature if you add it!
