I’m uploading GIFs to the ART Theme as images (Groups – Inside – Single Image – upload a .gif image).
The images don’t play as animated gifs, just appear as still images.
ART theme does not limit GIF animation, it may be prohibited by other plugins. Please try to stop other plugins(except for BM content builder) to see if it is fixed.
