    Hi,

I have a problem getting the Arnold template to work. I asked WordPress assistance and apparently there’s a conflict between the BM Content Builder and the Page Optimize plugin. If the page optimizer is on, I only see white pages after I design them (in the backend everything looks fine, but live site isn’t showing). When I disable the Page Optimize plugin, the site can be viewed live, but I can’t edit or see the things I have designed in the BM Content Builder. I can start to create new pages, but can’t edit existing ones.

Any idea how to solve this?

    Thank you!

    Hi,

What’s the Page Optimize plugin name? I searched “Page Optimize” and didn’t find the plugin in wordpress.org, is WP-Optimize?

If it is not a free plugin, may I check your website? Could you please leave your wp-admin(URL / username/password) with picking up “Set as private reply”?

(If there is the Jetpack plugin, please disable “Allow users to log in to this site using WordPress.com accounts”)

ps: please check if there is image “lazy load” option in the plugin, disable it to check again.

    Regards!

The Plugin is called Page Optimize, by Automattic (who built the previously used design template)

    Hi,

Is it a part of Jetpack plugin? Did you find a “lazy load” option and stop it in the plugin? If it doesn’t work still.

May I check your website? Could you please leave your wp-admin(URL / username/password) with picking up “Set as private reply”?
