I have successfully installed all the ARTtheme plugins except BM Content Builder due to:
Download failed. cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10001 milliseconds — An error occurred while installing BM Content Builder: Download failed. cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10001 milliseconds
That error is then followed with: — All installations have been completed. — however, the Status is — Not Installed —
My PHP configuration is:
post_max_size = 512M
upload_max_filesize = 512M

Downloading installation package from https://www.mmpstudio.com.au/wp-content/themes/art-theme/functions/plugins/bm-builder.zip…

What do you think could be the problem?

Hi,

It should be a system config issue, please refer to fix it https://docs.presscustomizr.com/article/326-how-to-fix-a-curl-error-28-connection-timed-out-in-wordpress

OR:

You could try to install the BM content builder plugin from “Plugins > Add new”, please download the zip file https://www.mmpstudio.com.au/wp-content/themes/art-theme/functions/plugins/bm-builder.zip
Upload it from “Upload plugin”, screenshot: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ypnfw7jgqtnnyaq/qq20201114-092908.jpg?dl=0

can i get a link to the direct download for the BM Content builder too please? im getting this exact same error to install it. I cant install manually because i have no access to the zip file for it. this might help me also.
