First, I still got Archive: Home as homepage, I need to remove it, how I can do that?

Please login wp-admin, go to Theone / Theme Options / FrontPage ， pick up a page as homepage

I created a static page, but I cannot see the articles when you scroll down the website (as in the demo)

You need edit the page, activate “Enable Page Template”. Choose a category.

Second, in the article page, I hot always the pic that I uploaded in the homepage, how I can remove it to keep only the pic uploaded for the article only (always as in the demo)..

You need set featured image for each article page(single post).
