There is not the limit for video.
The proposed dimensions is: 960×540
file size is less than 20m

Hi, I checked your site, there are some recommendations:

– install the Better WordPress Minify plugin, it would reduce css/js requests
– install WP Super Cache plugin, it would improve visiting speed for secondary Visitors
– try your best to compress the loop BG video size
– try to compress the footer bg image(http://tagitjj.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/photo-11-1024×731.jpg), it could be exported out jpg less than 100k by photoshop(it’s 500k now)
