Hi I’m working with the ART Theme

I am running an artworks (Paintings) online portfolio I need help with creating a button (Contact Artist button) for my portfolio items that will have a pop up form where people can write an email requesting an artwork. Here is an example from Artsy.net website button Contact gallery https://www.artsy.net/artwork/slomo-mfundo-mthiyane-in-sync-1

I want the form to send to the same Artist (to my email address) but change the title based on the artwork name on that page.

I don’t need an account system, anyone should be able to send a form.

It is possible to create a contact form by Contact form 7 plugin.
To show the form in a lightbox, I found a plugin here WordPress Shortcodes Plugin — Shortcodes Ultimate, refer to this post:
