Hi,

We are creating an e-commerce thanks to your Arnold theme.
We’re working on a page which must contain only images. When we are on the pages tab in wordpress, we choose, for example, the template « Custom Grid Portfolio », then we choose the category containing the images we want to display on page. Finally, we click on « Edit your portfolio layout » in order to change the layout of the images, and there are here.
Once this layout is finished, we go to check it on the page, and there are no images at all.

We explored a lot of things within the theme and did a lot of simulations, however we still have not found any solutions.

Could you help us please ?

Hi

The portfolio template(including Custom Grid Portfolio) cannot list woo-commerce products. It is a Portfolio template, it can only list the single Gallery format posts.

If you want to create the product grid list, please use the woo-commerce shortcodes or default shop(or product category/tag) page. The column and thumb can be defined in Appearance>Customize

Thank you for your answer.
We don’t have any issue for now regarding the e-commerce / woocommerce part.
We have a problem with one page where we want to create just a portfolio, only with images. And the images doesn’t appear on the page we created as explained in our first message.

Can you please help us ?

Please check the 3 things:
– if you choose a category for the portfolio template.
– if the single posts in this category are Gallery format post
– if there is the Featured image within these single posts

Hi again,

We tried to test it with the following portfolios: Mansonry, Standard Grid and Slider templates. The images are visible. It’s working.

But, it’s still impossible with the following ones: Custom Grid, Irregular List and Blog Mansonry portfolios.

How do you explain this ? Do you an idea ?

I checked your website.

It is caused by the new version of WordPress update, please update the theme and builder plugin to fix it.
