I have updated my ART them from version 2 to 3. Arcordinally and following the steps from your documentation, I have updated the Content Builder plugin, but now when I access a page from my website, I can not see the content builder block so I can not add elements.

ps: you would re-build the existed pages on the website after the update because the V3 is a major update.
