Hi there,
I seem to have a problem when creating a blogpost grid.
The page doesn’t seem to load the right way (or even not at all).
Is there something going on with this?And if I want to include the blogposts with a title (under the post image) it has e bright blue color and I cannot seem to find where I can change this color and the size.
Hope you can help me out.
Thanks!
November 2, 2020 at 2:06 pm #22903Ok I think the color just changed (no idea how) but still don’t know how to change the size of the title (in the grid) and when I want to change the page I get a “504 Gateway Time-out The server didn’t respond in time.”
Do you know why? This doesn’t happen with other pages. Only with the one with the blog post grid.
November 3, 2020 at 2:03 am #22912Hi,
1. You could edit the Grid, there are the fonts settings.
2. Please refer to the solution here if there is the Yoast SEO plugin running on your website. https://seatheme.net/forums/topic/the-editor-has-encountered-an-unexpected-error/

If it doesn’t work, may I check your website? Could you please send your question(this topic URL) and wp-admin(URL / username/password) to uiueux@gmail.com ?
(If there is the Jetpack plugin, please disable “Allow users to log in to this site using WordPress.com accounts”)Regards!

November 3, 2020 at 9:10 am #22917Hi there,
Thanks for the info.
I tried solutions A:
1. Go to Plugins>Plugin Editor
2. Find Yost SEO from the selector, click Select
3. Find /src/builders/indexable-link-builder.php
4. Find line 87: $content = \apply_filters( ‘the_content’, $content );
5. Comment it, click Update FileBut what do you mean by “Comment it”.
I now selected this line and clicked “update file”.
But this didn’t work.As for going back to a previous version of the Yoast plugin.
Will I loose all my data I already entered if I reinstall the plugin to this earlier version?Daphne
November 3, 2020 at 2:22 pm #22921Hi,
But what do you mean by “Comment it”.
It means that add
//before this line.
Or you could remove this line.Best
November 3, 2020 at 2:40 pm #22924Ah ok that works! Thanks.
But to be sure…….will the blog still be ok SEO wise?And another question: I still cannot see where I can edit the font sizes in the grid. The title (under the picture) is now very large. Would be great if that could be a little less.
I can only see that I can change font + size for the load button.
November 4, 2020 at 12:41 am #22927Hi,
Yes, it will.
If the source is Post or Portfolio, you will see the pencil icon for the Title, click it.
