I’m hoping its a small change but can’t f’nd the source file to update the language. Can you help direct me to where I can update the labelling?

It isn’t necessary to change source file. There is the options in: Appearance > Theme Options > General Settings: Previous(Post Navigation) and Next(Post Navigation)
