to change flex slider size please open file sytle.css find line #single-wrap .flexslider { width:70%}(line 500 or about), change the 70% to aother vaule or other pixles what you want;
about the WPML error, please paste you site url here, I will check it for you later,

Sorry but i cannot select nothing in that window. there is only the static word “IMMAGINE”
after have clicked the button ADD I try immediately to select that window but nothing is possible!!

1. to void error message of WPML, please try uninstall you plugin ‘Theme Blvd WPML Bridge’,
2. to enlarge logo, please enlarge the origianl logo image size,
3. I have check the logo in responesive view, can not find the isse you mentioned, please attach the screenshot?
