I’ve had some problems too, specifically in the post editor.
So far I’ve noticed
Publish > Status > Edit – clicking link does nothing
Publish > Visibility > Edit – clicking link causes page jump to lower down the page
Publish > Publish > Edit – clicking link does nothing
Tags – won’t add tags
Featured image > Set featured image – link directs to multiple file uploader
I disabled all plugins, and that made no difference to any of the behaviours above.
