The Bluehost default PHP version is 5.2, it it too low. please update the PHP version as 5.4:

1) Login Bluehost, go to cPanel: https://www.dropbox.com/s/7hnyj1wkz8dk8fj/QQ20161021-0.jpg?dl=0

2) Click Php config: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ssyokjfu6vbv33i/QQ20161021-1.jpg?dl=0
