Use of certain features

Dear Sir,

I’ve just bought this theme, essentially to retrieve some features that I found excellent. But even if I’m a web designer, I really have trouble retrieving the main parallax of the home page and the loader.

Can you tell me the code you have to retrieve for use on other websites?
Or just indicate me what should I take?
