Problem with inactive, dead, unclickable Page Builder

My Page Builder is strange. I see Page Builder od the edit page but if I click to change or add something (buttons WRAP, Choose Module, Template, Edit, erc) I get inactive popups with grey opacity. I can`t even close that popups so I have to click BACK in the web browser (Firefox).
I want to set some separate Portfolios based on the Category but it is impossible now.

So, my Page Builder is useless 🙁
Please help me resolve that problem.

Please update Center theme to the latest version v1.2.9.2
