Contact Form not working

the contact from ist not working, i have update the wordpress to the latest Version and the required php as well.
the Theme is quite old, is there a newer version for the foot/contact form?

Hi Lena, the theme is too old. I did’t test it on latest version WordPress. I suggest you recover the WordPress.

Hi Bwsm,

this is not an option for me. I need the latest security patches :/
Any other suggestions?
Can’t the script be fixed? Or is there any other contact form script that i could write into the footer.php?
